And Justice For All strives to educate, inform, empower and to advocate action in relation to social policy, criminal justice and prison-related issues that affect the residents of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. To this end, the organization works diligently on behalf of many men and women currently incarcerated in Pennsylvania prisons. We have written and filled legal briefs, have successfully litigated against prison and criminal justice abuses, and have advised many on various prisoner rights issues. We have never requested nor received any monetary reimbursement for our efforts. Instead, we view our work as important steps to right wrongs and to advocate for the protection of the rights of all prisoners. Despite the lack of financial support, we have used our own funds and resources to correspond with the many prisoners, who solicit our help, to write appeals and legal motions, to make necessary copies of paperwork needed for submission and/or filing and to mail documents back to prisoners and their families. During the past several months the number of Pennsylvania prisoners requesting our help is increasing on a weekly basis—no less than five prisoners a week contact us requesting advice, help and assistance. You may be one of those who has sought and/or received our help. …And Justice For All is now in need of your financial support to sustain our endeavors and to meet the goals of…And Justice For All.
